Don is the Owner and General Manager of Augusta Ranch Golf Club, a public golf course, in Mesa, Arizona, which has been rated the “Best Executive Golf Course in Arizona” by the Arizona Republic and selected as “Host Club of the Year” by the Arizona Women's Golf Association.

 

A PGA Member for 20 years and a Member of the Southwest PGA Section, Rea served on the PGA of America’s national Board of Directors from 2016-’19. Elected as President of the Southwest PGA Section from 2013-’14, Rea also was a member of the Board of Directors for the Southwest PGA Section, National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) and the Arizona Tourism Alliance. While on the PGA Board of Directors, he chaired the Junior Golf Committee and worked with the Coaching and Player Development, and Community Golf Committees.

 

Don was awarded the 2012 Southwest PGA Section Bill Strausbaugh Award and the Section’s 2011 President’s Plaque.

Jack currently serves as the Director of Instruction and Player Development at Glendale Country Club. While he helps golfers of all skill levels enjoy the game more by looking holistically at all parts of the game, he specializes in the short game, on-course coaching, and developing elite junior players.

 

Jack has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the Best Young Teachers in America and one of the Best Teachers in Washington. He has coached junior students to eight state titles, and in 2025 there have been over 175 wins recorded by his students. Throughout his career, Brett has been recognized for his exceptional contributions to the golf industry. He is the current Vice President of the Western Washington Chapter (WWC) and has received numerous awards, including the 2022 PNW PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year (Private) and the 2022 WWC Merchandiser of the Year (Private). Brett was also honored as the 2014 WWC Golf Professional of the Year and the 2014 PNW PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year (Resort). Beyond his professional commitments, Pete is dedicated to giving back to the community.
